Abandoned Orders & Storage Policy
As a small independent business, we have limited workshop and storage space. Timely pickup or delivery of completed purchases allows us to continue creating and accepting new work for all of our customers. Items left unclaimed for extended periods occupy valuable space and may prevent us from taking on new projects.
Customers are responsible for arranging pickup or delivery of their purchased items within 20 calendar days of the purchase date, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
If an order has not been picked up, delivery has not been scheduled, and we have not received any communication from the customer within 20 days of purchase, the order may be considered abandoned.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their contact information remains accurate and up to date.
For abandoned orders, we reserve the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to charge reasonable storage fees, cancel the order, resell or otherwise dispose of the item, or retain all or part of the purchase price to offset storage, administrative, and other associated costs.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Abandoned Orders & Storage Policy.
